1. Reservation Confirmation:

All bookings made through our website, talkaboutsafari.com, are subject to confirmation. Upon receipt of your booking request, we will confirm availability and provide details for payment.

2. Payment:

Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled start date of the safari may be eligible for a refund, subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled start date are non-refundable.

4. Changes to Bookings:

Changes to bookings, including date modifications or alterations to the itinerary, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Any changes must be requested in writing and confirmed by Talk About Safari.

5. Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.

6. Responsibility:

Talk About Safari acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers providing transportation, accommodation, and other services. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by travelers during the safari.

7. Health and Safety:

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet any health requirements for the destinations visited. It is recommended to consult a healthcare professional regarding vaccinations and health precautions before traveling.

8. Travel Documents:

Travelers are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and permits, required for entry into Tanzania and any other destinations included in the safari itinerary.

9. Liability Waiver:

Participation in safari activities is at the traveler's own risk. Talk About Safari and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during safari activities.

10. Force Majeure:

Talk About Safari shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
